ORCATECH Pilot Grant Program for 2013 – 2014 – Deadline 3/19/2013

The Oregon Center for Aging & Technology (ORCATECH) is pleased to offer pilot funding opportunities for 2013-2014 to improve technology and translate that technology into useful tools to improve health and maintain independence in our aging population. ORCATECH focuses on two key reasons for loss of independence among the elderly: decline in cognitive function and decline in mobility. Several areas of related focus are encouraged for this request, but applications are not limited.  Two pilot projects will be funded at up to $50,000 in direct costs. The full request for applications is attached here and is available at www.orcatech.org/research.
